TSW Congratulates Our New Associates – TSW has promoted Betsy Walsh to Senior Associate and Jared Christensen, John Hand, Peyton Peterson, Ryan Snodgrass, and Ross Vogel to Associate.
Betsy, who joined the company in 1995 as Office Manager, handles the firm’s client billings, payroll, human resources, employee benefits, special events planning and client relations activities. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Betsy has a grown daughter and lives in Midtown with her husband Tom Walsh, TSW Founding Principal.
Jared earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Boston Architectural College and joined TSW’s Architecture Studio in 2016. He specializes in residential design, ranging from single-family homes to large-scale apartment communities, and manages projects from concept through construction. Jared and his wife live in Fayetteville with their five children.
John earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Tennessee and joined TSW’s Architecture Studio in 2013. Since then, he has managed and worked on a variety of projects, ranging from townhomes to mixed-use structures, including the 311,083 square foot mixed-use Castleberry Park project currently under construction just south of Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. John lives in Doraville.
Peyton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture-Landscape Design from North Carolina State University and a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He is a Georgia Certified Plant Professional and is experienced in private estate design, small scale urban design and agritourism planning, as well as designing multi-purpose community green spaces. Peyton and his fiancée live in Atlanta’s Westview neighborhood.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design from Auburn University, and a Masters Degree in Urban Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. He interned at TSW during 2011 and joined the firm’s Planning Studio full-time in 2013. Ryan has worked on a variety of planning projects for TSW throughout the Southeast and internationally. He and his partner live in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood.
Ross earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at UNC Charlotte and joined TSW’s Architecture Studio in 2016. He specializes in residential design, ranging from single-family homes to townhome communities. Ross was recently named one of Atlanta’s “Rising Stars of the Home Industry” by readers of My Home Improvement magazine. He and his fiancé live in Marietta.
