Tom Walsh Serves on ULI Atlanta’s Technical Assistance Programs Committee

Tom Walsh recently joined other Atlanta planners, designers, and economists on ULI Atlanta’s Technical Assistance Programs (TAP) Committee to assist the City of Norcross and Norcross Downtown Development Authority in developing a planning and implementation strategy for the area around the recently completed Lillian Webb Park.
