Snellville’s The Grove at Towne Center Groundbreaking
The Grove at Towne Center development in the City of Snellville recently had its groundbreaking celebration last week, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the city. TSW, a leading design firm, is proud to be a part of this exciting project by providing the design for the Elizabeth H. Williams Library & Business Center for Gwinnett County and the City of Snellville. This new building will serve as a hub for education, commerce, and community engagement, offering resources and opportunities to the residents of Snellville and beyond.
The new library and business center will be a central feature of The Grove development, which aims to bring new life to the city’s downtown area. The library will be a modern, state-of-the-art facility, providing a wide range of resources and services to the community, including books, technology, and educational programming. Meanwhile, the business center will provide much-needed space for local entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses to grow and succeed.
In addition to the library and business center, TSW is collaborating with CPL, a leading construction firm, on a new 600-space public parking garage that will be a crucial part of The Grove development. The garage will provide ample parking for visitors, patrons, and employees of the businesses in the area, ensuring that the city’s downtown remains accessible and convenient for all.
The groundbreaking of The Grove at Towne Center was attended by many prominent members of the community, including TSW’s John Hand and Heather Hubble, CPL’s Brian Miller and Larry Glenn, and Snellville City Manager Butch Sanders. These leaders were joined by members of the community to celebrate the start of this exciting new project, which is sure to have a transformative impact on Snellville and the surrounding area.
The Grove at Towne Center development is a testament to the continued growth and revitalization of Snellville, and TSW is honored to be a part of this important project. With its cutting-edge design, state-of-the-art facilities, and commitment to the community, the Elizabeth H. Williams Library & Business Center and the accompanying parking garage are poised to become landmarks of the city, and will serve as a hub of activity and engagement for years to come.
