Vance has been immersed in landscape design and construction since his teenage years, bringing over two decades of expertise in multidisciplinary design, particularly in resort and hospitality, multifamily housing, parks, and planned communities. His extensive experience has enabled him to lead high-level design projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful development from the ground up. He believes that strong communication and close collaboration with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, consultants, and city staff are key to achieving effective placemaking and design solutions.

Vance finds great fulfillment in leading and mentoring his teams, guiding them as they advance in their careers. He fosters a culture of pride and ownership in their work, ignites design passion, and encourages each individual to reach their fullest potential.

Additionally, Vance has integrated innovative cottage court design principles into his projects, enhancing community-oriented living spaces with a focus on sustainability and aesthetic appeal. This approach has allowed him to create functional, attractive, and environmentally friendly housing solutions that promote a strong sense of community and belonging.
