Tia recently joined TSW’s Planning Studio and has experience in the public and private sectors. She is a dedicated urban planner who strives to integrate advanced technology, research, and organizational expertise into community-focused initiatives. Tia is a skilled community planner with experience in developing and implementing strategies for public engagement, building relationships with key stakeholders, and tracking the impact of engagement efforts to make data-driven recommendations. Her goal is to empower communities to enthusiastically participate in planning process and guide community change.

Prior to joining TSW, Tia was a Planning Services Manager at APD-Urban Planning and Management and a Sustainability Analyst at the Leon County Office of Sustainability.
