Experience

Experience

I began my professional journey in architecture, where city planning was an integral part of my academic foundation. Early in my career, I contributed to the design of railway stations and participated in urban design projects, which ignited my passion for city and transportation planning. This enthusiasm eventually guided me toward a specialized focus on urban and transportation planning, while I maintained an interest in architectural design. My career naturally evolved into exploring architectural conservation and rehabilitating historic cityscapes, blending heritage preservation with modern urban needs.

To deepen my expertise in community development and sustainable transportation planning, I earned the Fulbright Scholarship to the Georgia Institute of Technology. This pivotal experience allowed me to refine my skills and expand my global perspective on urban mobility.

Since then, I have worked closely with local stakeholders and regional governments in Morocco and Germany to develop mobility solutions that prioritize sustainability and gender equity. My approach integrates technical innovation with a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, community-centered urban development.

Some of the project I worked on include Medina (historic town) revitalization, zoning, transportation regulation and policy, and transit planning.

When I’m not at the office you’ll find me…doing ceramics, at the gym or hiking!
