Description:
TSW worked closely with Pollack Shores, a real estate development company, to design a concept for the entry sign at Millworks Apartments. The project involved not only the design of the entry sign, but also the provision of landscape architecture services for the site and amenity spaces. The goal was to create a cohesive design that matched the materials used on the building, and coordinated with the modern/rustic/industrial vibe of the site and interiors.
The first step in the process was to understand the vision and goals of Pollack Shores for the entry sign and overall design of the site. TSW’s team of designers worked closely with the development company to understand the materials, colors, and aesthetic that they wanted to achieve. This involved researching the existing materials and colors used on the building, as well as studying the surrounding area and the existing architectural styles.
Once TSW had a clear understanding of Pollack Shores’ vision, they began to develop a concept for the entry sign that matched the materials and colors used on the building, while also incorporating the modern/rustic/industrial vibe of the site and interiors. The design team considered factors such as the location of the entry sign, the visibility of the sign from the road, and the overall aesthetic of the site. They also took into account the needs and requirements of the local authorities and regulations for signage.
With the concept for the entry sign completed, TSW presented it to Pollack Shores for review and feedback. After making any necessary adjustments, Pollack Shores then hired a signage fabricator for construction documents and fabrication. The final entry sign was constructed and installed, creating a cohesive and attractive design that matched the materials and colors used on the building and coordinated with the modern/rustic/industrial vibe of the site and interiors. TSW’s landscape architecture services also included the design of the site and amenity spaces, which were perfectly integrated into the overall development, creating a welcoming and enjoyable outdoor areas for the residents.
