Experience
Christopher joined TSW in 2024 as an Associate. He administered local government zoning ordinances, design guidelines, and historic preservation programs from 2014 to 2021 in the Midwest. In 2020, Christopher passionately organized and helped establish the Covington Academy of Heritage Trades – a hands-on trades training program that supports new skilled tradespeople in a region that is rich with pre-WWII buildings needing specialized skills for their continued maintenance and adaptive reuse.
Since 2021, Christopher has consulted with governments large and small to update or create new land development regulations and historic preservation programs with a focus on user friendliness and consistent, equitable outcomes. His previous roles include code administration, site development review, and cultural resource management. He brings his attention to detail, technical writing, and planning skills to the critical work of analyzing and crafting development regulations for clients across the US.
When I am not in the office, you will find me…at the park with my family, getting into trouble fixing things around my late 1800’s house, or deeply engrossed in a video game.
