Allison Sinyard has been with TSW’s Planning Studio since the summer of 2016. She specializes in the development of plans that not only create a unified, cohesive vision but are feasible and implementable. In addition, Allison has extensive experience working in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors, which leads to her complex understanding of how each sector works together to achieve a common goal. She is passionate about fixing the messes caused by poor planning and leadership, equitable planning and design principles, and finding innovative solutions for complex and difficult problems.

When I’m not at the office…I’m experimenting in the kitchen, doing a home improvement project, exploring new hiking trails with my husband and our two dogs, or hanging out at a local brewery
