TSW’s Adam Williamson is managing the Kensington Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Plan, sponsored by DeKalb County Planning & Sustainability Department and the Atlanta Regional Commission. To keep residents, business owners, and other stakeholders informed about the planning process, visit theKensington LCI blog and get the latest news and announcements, public involvement opportunities, and draft documents and maps as they become available.

The project’s Public Kick-Off Meeting is Tuesday, May 8 from 6:00-7:30PM at Georgia Perimeter College (Marvin Cole Auditorium).  At the meeting, participants will learn about the project’s planning process, how they can get involved, and some principles of good community design that will apply to the Kensington MARTA station area.
